Cafe Asia 2017, The 5th International Coffee & Tea Industry Expo organised by CEMS – Conference Exhibition Management Service and hosted by Singapore Coffee Association, was again a huge success. This year, the Brazilian presence was a record: 12 represented companies with more than 20 different products in a 54 sqm area, showing the finest and most traditional Brazilian coffee.
After three days, with live demonstration and degustation of Brazilian coffee, our booth received more than 600 visitors, on a total of 67 business meetings, generating 42 commercial proposals over the two subsequent weeks.
Business negotiations are currently being developed among the producers in Brazil and distributors and consumers from five different countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore.
In Singapore, no more than 10 days after the exhibition end, the unique Brazilian edible coffee, “Cafe de Comer”, came to the market in three different point of sales in the island. It can be find at MOSH! Cafe in Sentosa Island , at Big Box in Jurong East and Bread King in Serangoon Gardens. There are more to come, as business talk are on the run.
